iLive Fashion ships Monday-Friday from 9-4. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service. Order will be shipped 2 business days after payment has been processed. Thereafter shipping can take up to 3-5 business days to receive. (Excluding weekends or holidays)
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or incorrectly delivered shipments. Make sure you input the correct address before placing your order.
If your order status states delivered, but you have not received your package. Please contact the United States Postal Service directly. iLive Fashion Does Not hold responsibility for packages that states DELIVERED
You may email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a status update if you have waited the allotted time frame.
Once orders are completed tracking information is sent via email address provided during checkout.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days from when your order is placed. The return fee is $5.
We do not provide return labels and you are responsible for covering shipping cost to return.
All items must be new, unworn, and with the original tags attached
"Sale Items/Clearance" are not refundable!
International items are final sale.
How to Process a Return?
Simply email us in the box above with "Return Request" in the subject line. Please include your order number and reason for return within the email.
We will respond within 24 hours.
Once your return has been approved, a refund will be issued back to your original form of payment minus a $5 return fee.
